Ingredients :

2cl of White Rum

4cl of Michellot mint liqueur

6cl of sparkling water

3 teaspoons of white sugar

1/2 lime

Steps:

1️⃣ In a tall, chilled cocktail glass , add the sugar to the bottom of the glass along with the juice of half a lime. Stir everything together. 

2️⃣ Then,  Add the mint liqueur, then the white rum . Stir, add ice cubes. 

3️⃣ Finally, top up with sparkling water. Stir one last time.

4️⃣ Decorate with a lemon slice, enjoy!
