Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Here are the details:

Metropolitan France:

Standard delivery: Free for orders over €150 (incl. VAT). Otherwise, calculated at checkout.

Express delivery: Calculated at checkout.

European Union: Calculated at checkout.

Rest of the World: Calculated at checkout.

Customs duties and local taxes for orders outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Processing

All orders are prepared and shipped by KLAC within 48 to 72 business hours after confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping is exclusively handled by Colissimo.
Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. The cost of reshipping will be at your expense.
Delays and Incidents
In case of delays, damaged parcels, or loss, please contact us immediately at contact@demichellot.com. We will work closely with KLAC and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Loss: If your parcel is lost by the carrier, we will proceed with a reshipment or a full refund.

Insurance is only valid for orders delivered to a pickup point or with a signature.

No insurance applies to deliveries without a signature.
How to Claim Insurance

Insurance is automatically included for orders delivered to a pickup point or with a signature.

In case of an incident, contact our customer service within 48 hours after receipt (or loss notification) with the following details:

Clear photos of damaged items (if applicable).

Photos of the outer and inner packaging to assess damages.

Claim Procedure

All claims are processed within 5 business days after receiving the required information.
