De Michellot – Hassle-Free Returns

At De Michellot, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In accordance with French and EU consumer law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

General Return Conditions

• You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Return shipping is free within mainland France.

• We do not charge restocking fees.

• Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for return, as stated in our Terms of Sale.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at contact@demichellot.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. We will send you a prepaid return label by email.

3. Carefully pack your items, include a copy of your invoice, and drop the parcel off at the designated return location.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will issue a full refund for all eligible items.

• Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except when the entire order is returned in accordance with French law.

Items Excluded from Returns

According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that have been unsealed by the consumer and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

• Promotional or discounted items, as mentioned in our terms.
