Description

This Calvados selected by the Maquisards team, in the typical Norman cellar of the Christian Drouin distillery estate, is a 2014 Calvados Pays d'Auge with two-part aging.
The first part was roux (already used) of calvados.
The second part is a 15-month maturation in an ex-Scotch whisky cask from the Arran distillery.

This Calvados is made from 35 varieties of apples and comes from a humid cellar in the Pays d'Auge appellation.
