Distillerie De Michellot — Premium French Craft Liqueurs

De Michellot is a French craft distillery founded to revive traditional French liqueurs. Established in Le Mérévillois (Essonne, 91), our house combines ancestral know-how, carefully selected fresh plants, and artisanal processes to produce 16 premium liqueur references: Anisette 35%, Génépi 35%, Gentiane 24%, Menthe 25%, Sureau 20%, and Verveine 30%.

Our Distilling Expertise

Cold maceration of fresh plants, careful distillation, precise dosing, appropriate aging: each step respects traditional French methods. Our plants come from renowned terroirs — verbena from Velay, yellow gentian from the Massif Central, high-altitude génépi from the Alps (>1800m), French black elderflower — to guarantee an authentic expression of each flavor.
