Appearance: Michellot's elderflower liqueur has a clear, brilliant color with slightly golden highlights. Its natural transparency highlights the absence of coloring and reveals the finesse of its floral infusion.

Nose: The nose is delicate and expressive. Elegant notes of elderflower dominate, accompanied by a zest of mandarin and a hint of candied lemon. The whole evokes a spring garden, both floral and slightly fruity.

Palate: The attack is sweet, fresh, and floral. The elderberry is expressed with finesse, supported by tangy notes of mandarin. The texture is light, not very sweet, with an airy, floral, and thirst-quenching finish. A delicate liqueur, perfect for an aperitif or a light digestif.
