The Hugo Spritz, created in 2005 by Roland Gruber in Trentino (Italy), is the floral and delicate alternative to the Aperol Spritz. Base: elderflower syrup, prosecco, soda, mint.

3 cl elderflower syrup (or elderflower liqueur), 10 cl brut prosecco, 3 cl soda, ice cubes, 2 fresh mint leaves, 1 lime wheel. Large wine glass.
