3 cl London Dry gin, 1.5 cl Bénédictine, 1.5 cl cherry brandy (Heering), 1 cl Cointreau, 1 cl fresh lime juice, 12 cl fresh pineapple juice, 1 dash Angostura bitters, 1 dash grenadine. Shake, Hurricane glass, ice, cherry + pineapple garnish.
