2cl of citrus gin

1.5cl of bergamot syrup

2cl of lemon juice

1cl egg white

Steps:

1️⃣ In a chilled shaker , combine the citrus gin , bergamot syrup , verbena liqueur, lime juice and egg white with ice cubes.

2️⃣ Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass .
