La Goutte du Fils is an artisanal pear brandy, born from the ancestral know-how of a traveling distiller. True to rural traditions, we travel the countryside to distill fruits from local orchards, thus perpetuating an authentic and traditional craft.

Every fall, we carefully select William's pears from Valloire, harvested at peak ripeness from our partner producer. Our close relationship with our suppliers guarantees fruit of impeccable quality, essential for producing a local eau-de-vie with an authentic taste.
