Japanese heritage enhanced by French know-how
Révérence is a Shōchū Kasu, a traditional Japanese spirit, revisited with the excellence of French terroir. Distilled from the lees of Camargue Kasu rice sake wines, it reveals a subtle balance between tangy freshness, fruity sweetness, and gourmet notes of almond and walnut.
The sake lees used in the production come from Kasu rice from the Camargue, previously used to make sake in a famous Japanese brewery located in France not far from Paris. By blending the heritage of Shōchū with the innovation of French distillation, Distillerie Bonvalet creates a unique spirit, a tribute to an ancestral tradition revisited.
A refined and versatile Shōchū, perfect for drinking straight or in a cocktail.
