Description

This Armagnac, selected by the Maquisards team in the historic cellar of the Laballe estate, is an organic Bas-Armagnac from 2023 with two-part aging.
The first part lasts 12 months in a fine-grained sessile oak barrel which causes slow and harmonious oxygenation and gives an eau-de-vie of rare elegance.
The second part was made in a large grain stemmed barrel.

This Armagnac is produced from a single grape variety, Baco, using organic farming methods.

No cold filtration, no additives, traditional distillation over a wood fire, this organic Armagnac comes from a humid cellar in the Bas-Armagnac appellation.
